Hexagon Universal Calibration Services is also a nationally authorized distributor for the Agilent Technologies 5530 and 5529A Dynamic Laser Calibration system and accessories.  When you have a lot of machine tools to calibrate, it can make sense to own a calibration system and be able to do calibrations in-house.  When you buy an Agilent Laser system from us, we can also provide on-site training for your new laser system, including how to set up the laser, the use of optics and understanding measurement results.  Training includes:

• Setting up optics for Angular, Linear, Straightness, Squareness and Rotary (if applicable) on your machine.
• Using and understanding the Agilent 5530 and 5529A laser software.
• Training of CMM and Machine Tool calibration methods including ASME B89.4.1 and ASME B5.54
• An Agilent training certificate is issued upon completion of the three day training session.
• All training is customized to meet your specific requirements.
• Training sessions can include up to four people.
• Training can be done using our equipment or your new Agilent laser system.  (If Hexagon equipment is used then additional shipping charges will incur)
• Existing owners of Agilent laser systems can also contract us for training sessions.  Ask for a quote.
