Hexagon Online Technical Support

• Besides just speaking with a support person on the phone, we are able to offer online support.  This is a newer feature we call Hexagon Online Technical Support.  We connect remotely to your computer and can see what you see as it appears on your screen.  It's as if we're sitting right next to you!
